At the roots of NIUDA

NIUDA was born from the need to give something to the world and to do so through our passion.

It's our way of uniting movement, sensuality, truth, and strength. A body that's naked, but never bare. It's not just an activewear brand: it's an invitation to movement that doesn't rush, but accompanies.

For us, true strength lies not in running, but in the conscious choice to slow down. To allow ourselves the luxury of pausing in a world that doesn't allow it. Dressing the body means honoring it. It means promising it a more intimate, gentler, more sincere rhythm. It means cultivating unconditional love for ourselves.

NIUDA 's authenticity lives in the material and the gesture: each piece is 100% handmade, made by real, present, imperfect, and human hands. Those hands we have forgotten. In production, and perhaps even in our lives. We come from Puglia, an authentic and gentle land that doesn't chase patterns but creates them, slowly, in its own way, with love.

We are daughters of a rare and spontaneous authenticity, of a nakedness that smells of sun-exposed skin and pride, and that doesn't ask permission to exist. Today we are the mothers of NIUDA .
